• How are orders processed and dispatched?

Once an order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking details. All orders in India are Shipped Through Registered Domestic Courier Companies and/or Speed post only. Golden leaf ships PAN India 

  • What is the time taken to ship the products?

Local orders are Shipped Within 2 - 5 Working Days or as per the Delivery Date Agreed at the Time of Order Confirmation and Delivering of the Shipment Subject to Courier Company/Post Office Norms. Golden Leaf is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities.

  • Do you ship Overseas?

We ship orders across the globe. Shipping charges for 0.5 kg would be approx. Rs.2000 across the globe through either FedEx/DHL/Aramex depending on the country. Additional charges applicable if the weight exceeds. Order receiving time will range from 5 to 9 business days excluding holidays and weekends.

  • What is the time taken to deliver the products?

The maximum time taken is between 5-7 working days for delivery within India. But orders will be delivered much earlier based on our past experience as we are working with reputed courier partners.

  • Do you process fast / priority shipping for orders based on customer requests?

Yes we do process the same. In case of any emergency order/ fast shipping the carrier charges will be INR 350 approximately (varies with respect to weight and loaction)  for fast shipment within India.

  • What are the domestic shipping costs?

For parcels weighing upto 250 gms - INR 100

1 kg - 200 INR and so on.

  • Will there be re-attempt made to deliver the parcels by courier company?

Please be aware that the contract we have with the courier company entitles delivery to be tried to the receiver location 2 to 3 times in case of any delivery issues.  This has been enabled to benefit our customers to receive the parcel at any cost. But beyond the specified limit of trying to deliver the parcel at the mentioned address by the customer, the parcel shall be returned to the sender (Golden Leaf).

2.What will happen if my order has not been delivered?

Our courier company entitles delivery to be tried to the receiver location 2 to 3 times in case of any delivery issues / customer non-availability. It will nevertheless be shipped back to us, so we can reship to your address but the return and reshipping costs are to be borne at your end and a refund cannot be given in such cases. The customer is requested to provide an address where someone would be available to collect the parcel during courier service normal working hours to avoid delivery failures.
